We roast our beans in small batches to ensure quality. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can choose your favorite blends and select a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) to save 15% on every order.

What is your return policy on coffee products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We partner with sustainable farms and cooperatives that prioritize fair wages for farmers and environmentally friendly harvesting practices.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
